1. Who we are & acceptance
SnakeGOO is operated by LOONY COLLIDER, [registration no.], licensed by [gaming board / regulator] under licence [number] ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the SnakeGOO app and services. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to take part in skill-based real-money gaming in your location. You confirm you are not on any self-exclusion or regulator prohibition list. We may request identity verification (KYC) at any time and may restrict access from jurisdictions where the service is not permitted.
3. Your account
You may hold one account, registered with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure and for all activity under your account. Your registered phone number is the only number to which withdrawals are paid and cannot be changed without verified support intervention. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. How the game works
SnakeGOO is a game of skill. You choose a stake and play a Snake run. Your run is matched against another player's completed run in the same stake tier. The higher score wins. Scores are computed on our servers by deterministically replaying your recorded inputs — your device never determines the result. The server score is final for settlement.
5. Stakes, escrow & payouts
When you commit to a run, your stake is moved into escrow. When a match settles, the winner receives the combined stakes minus the platform fee; the loser's stake is forfeit. Settlement is a single, atomic transaction recorded in your wallet ledger. A draw refunds both players. All balances are reconstructable from the ledger for audit.
6. Fees
A platform fee (rake) is deducted from each settled match, and top-up and withdrawal fees apply as shown on-screen before you confirm. Current rates are displayed in the app and may be updated; the rate shown at the time of a transaction is the rate that applies.
7. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed by our mobile-money provider [Relworx / provider]. Minimums, and any limits, are shown in the app. Deposits credit your wallet once the provider confirms them. Withdrawals are paid only to your registered number. We may hold, review, or decline a transaction where required for fraud prevention, verification, or legal compliance.
8. Fair play & anti-cheat
You may not use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, or exploit bugs. All runs are validated by server replay and retained for audit and dispute resolution. We may void results, withhold payouts, and suspend accounts involved in cheating.
9. Refunds & expiry
If your open challenge is not matched within 24 hours, your stake is automatically refunded. Backing out before you play refunds your stake. Fees on completed transactions are non-refundable except where required by law.
10. Prohibited conduct
You may not create multiple accounts, collude, arrange match outcomes, launder funds, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Repeated settlements between the same accounts and other collusion signals are monitored and may lead to forfeiture and suspension.
11. Responsible gaming
Only stake what you can afford to lose. Support tools such as deposit limits and self-exclusion are available on request through the help centre. If gambling is affecting you, please seek help from [local support resource].
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal/regulatory reasons. On lawful closure, verified remaining balance (less any amounts owed or withheld for investigation) is returned to your registered number.
13. Liability & disputes
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Uganda], and disputes are subject to [dispute process / courts]. Match disputes are resolved using our server-side replay and ledger records.
